Today, I went to the Elephant Bar. Like every place I go, I ordered teriyaki chicken. Actually, I ordered the Crispy Teriyaki Chicken. Why they called it that when there was no other types of teriyaki chicken, I don't know. Yet they where right about it being crispy. The good type of crispy. The sauce complimented the chicken very nicely. The sauce was thin and "soyey," cooked with vegetables such as green and red peppers, shredded carrots, and bok choy, Asian cabbage, to add flavor. This dish is served with a bowl of either brown or white rice. One warning I would give this meal though is that it's very salty. 4/5 stars.
